Regina Red Sox camp guides young baseball players
Some young baseball players are honing their skills with members of the Regina Red Sox at the team’s annual youth camp, Dean Gutheil reports.
Players and coaches with the Red Sox, which is part of the Western Major Baseball League (WMBL), spent Monday morning at Currie Field with boys and girls between the ages of eight and 14.
“Thanks to everyone who attended the Red Sox kids camp today!” the team posted on its Twitter feed that afternoon.
“Some future WMBL MVPs were in [attendance] for sure.”
The camp wraps up on Tuesday.
